“Lawyers for embattled Republican Rep. Max Miller have subpoenaed his former father-in-law Sen. Bernie Moreno as part of the ongoing custody battle between Miller and his ex -wife Emily Moreno,” CNN reports.“It is the second time that Miller’s lawyers have issued a subpoena to Sen. Moreno and his wife.”
