I made a free, open-source Chrome extension called Markdown Capture. I mostly use it to turn web material into Markdown before giving it to Codex or other AI tools, so I can read and edit what I’m sharing first. It also handles sources like Reddit discussions and Gmail conversations. For Reddit, it keeps the comment hierarchy, authors, and timestamps, and lets you capture a whole discussion or a specific comment thread. I’d like to hear from a few people who already save discussions or excerpts into notes, documents, or AI chats. If that’s part of your workflow, would you try it on something you actually need to capture this week?
