AAPL | September 23, 2026 | Uptrend, Liquidity & InstitutionalApple Inc.NASDAQ:AAPLdavekclinton76 Today's AAPL review focused on the upward trend line, where institutional activity may be showing up, and why retail stop losses can become important liquidity areas. I started with the trend line because it helps me understand the structure first. If AAPL continues respecting an upward trend, I want to know where buyers have previously stepped in and where that structure could start to weaken. From there, I looked at the psychology happening around those levels. In today's video, I covered: Using the upward trend line to understand the current structure Watching how price reacts when it returns to the trend line Looking for clues that larger market participants may be active Identifying obvious areas where retail traders may place stop losses Understanding why clusters of stops can create liquidity Watching for a sweep of that liquidity before deciding what price may do next The bigger lesson is that the trend line tells me where to pay attention, but price behavior tells me what to do. Retail traders often put stops in similar places, especially underneath obvious lows, trend lines, or support. When enough orders collect around the same area, that becomes a pool of liquidity that larger participants may interact with. That doesn't mean I can know exactly what an institution is doing or that every move through a trend line is manipulation. I'm looking for potential footprints such as a liquidity sweep, stronger volume, displacement, rejection, and what price does after the stops are triggered. Instead of panicking when price briefly breaks an important level, I want to ask a better question: Did the trend actually fail, or did price just reach for liquidity before showing its real direction? That's another step toward reading the story behind the candles instead of reacting to every candle individually. Dad Stock Joke: I asked AAPL why it dipped below the trend line and came right back. It said, “I just went downstairs to pick up a few stops."
