I'm an office manager at a dental office and we never assume people have or that kind of cash just lying around. we tend to offer 3rd party payment plan option when we go over the treatment plan here. I think what the OP was trying to say is that she cant do an in-house plan like the patient was suggesting, but rather one of the 3rd party plans on the market
