ETHUSDT Daily Update — 5-Wave Impulse, BOS, Retest HeldEthereum / TetherUSBINANCE:ETHUSDTTheChartWhisperrUpdate on the ETHUSDT thread, laid out plainly for anyone who wants to see the mechanics rather than just the conclusion. The move off the mid-September low wasn't just a rally, it was a proper five wave impulse. Wave 1 up, wave 2 pulled back without breaking the origin, wave 3 extended hard and broke structure, a clean BOS through the prior swing high, wave 4 corrected without overlapping wave 1 territory, and wave 5 pushed to the high near 2,820. That sequence matters because it's what separates an impulsive move from a corrective bounce that just happens to go up. Gate one, structure, is confirmed by the impulse itself. Five waves with a genuine break of structure in the middle of it is trend behavior, not range behavior. Gate two, the zone, is the ABC correction that followed wave 5. A pulled back to 2,610, B recovered to 2,743, and C dropped almost exactly onto 2,516.30, the same support level already documented in the prior update as the resistance to support flip. That's not a coincidence, the correction found the same level the breakout structure said should matter. Gate three, the trigger, is CONFIRMED. Price didn't just tag 2,516 and stall, it reclaimed away from it and is now consolidating back near 2,670-2,690. A level getting used twice, once as a breakout base and once as a correction low, and holding both times, is a stronger signature than either test alone. What's being watched from here is continuation back toward and through the wave 5 high in the 3k+ region. What invalidates the structure is a close back below 2,516, which would mean the ABC wasn't a correction, it was the start of something deeper. Five waves up, a real BOS in the middle of it, and a correction that respected the exact level the structure pointed to. That's the difference between a setup that happened to work and one that was actually built to.
