Long jumpers Murali Sreeshankar and David Patturaj Solomon both qualified for their final events in Nagoya. Santhosh Tamilrasan secured his spot with a second-place finish in the men's 400m hurdles. Indian women Vithya Ramaraj and Anu Raghavan advanced in the same event after finishing second in their heats. Tejaswin Shankar is currently third in the decathlon with two events still to go.
