I am testing PetCrossStitch (https://petcrossstitch.us.ci/), a small web tool that turns one pet photo into three cross-stitch pattern options: Easy, Balanced and Detailed. It removes the background, maps colors to DMC thread numbers, and downloads printable charts and a thread list. All three options are free during beta; no account is needed. I would value feedback from people who have actually stitched a pattern. If you are willing to try it with a photo you own, please tell me: Did it find the right pet and keep the ears, paws and tail inside the frame? Which of the three options looks stitchable to you, and which would you choose? Could you understand the chart and thread list after downloading? What was confusing or broken? A screenshot of the interface is helpful, but please do not post a private photo unless you want to. Original photos are used to make the pattern and are not persistently stored. Generated patterns are available in the same browser session for 24 hours, so download them before they expire.
