Max Dowman could eventually be considered for the senior England national team if age is not a barrier, but with Bukayo Saka and other options available in his position, the Arsenal youngster could instead continue his development with the England U21 side.However, Dowman was invited to join the U19 side during this international window, leaving some fans wondering why he was not called up by Lee Carsley.
