The last time we saw readings this elevated, ETH was trading above $4,000. Locally, we are also seeing a bearish RSI divergence, which suggests the current move may be losing momentum. The key level to watch is $2,715. A break below $2,715 would open the door for a correction. On the other hand, if ETH can hold above $2,566 and avoid falling back into the previous consolidation, there is still a chance for a move toward the $2,800–$3,000 range. But if price falls back into the consolidation, I’d expect a much larger correction, potentially below $2,300.
