Get more genuine reviews Automated review requests and follow-ups that make it easier for customers to share feedback. 2. Reviews by voice or text Customers can share their experience using voice or text, with AI helping turn their own feedback into a review draft they can edit and approve. 3. AI-assisted review management AI helps businesses draft personalized responses to reviews, while keeping the business in control before anything is published. The bigger idea: use AI to remove friction from review management, not manufacture customer feedback.
