Buena Vista Construction Company is Walt Disney World Resort’s in-house construction firm.Construction permits filed by Disney’s Facility Asset Management Team typically concern maintenance and refurbishment projects rather than major changes. Walt Disney Imagineering typically handles anything that would fundamentally change the character of an area.Walt Disney World Resort has not announced a closure for the footbridge connecting the Marketplace and Town Center neighborhoods at Disney Springs.
