I've seen things like this pop up before, and I always find the audacity/cluelessness bizarre. Like, do they realize that this is something you pay someone to do, but they think if they word it right they'll get lucky and get someone who's an ideal tenant/cat sitter who also wants to pay them? Or do they honestly think they're offering a good deal to someone and they're just fucking stupid? Also, do they never think about the fact that most people lease and don't want to have to find another place in just a couple of months?
