Sailors serving aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln faced several self-harm incidents during the months of fighting against Iran, according to a letter from the acting Secretary of the Navy obtained by CNN. He said that none of the crew members died during operations against Iran.According to CNN, the number of reported cases among the crew was consistent with figures recorded across the US Navy in 2024, when 356 such cases were reported among approximately 337,000 active-duty personnel.
