I’m with PlanChecker.AI. Its plan-review workflow lets you upload a plan set, ask project-specific questions, and get sheet references so you can check the source. I’d like feedback from people who regularly work with plan PDFs: what would make a cited answer genuinely useful? Is a sheet number enough, or would you want a page preview, highlighted region, quoted note, or revision date? Those are feedback questions, not a claim that we currently offer every option. The current version is at PlanChecker.ai. It also offers zoning and property lookup. Free includes lookup for up to three project addresses; plan uploads require a paid plan. AI outputs still need professional review.
