Amazon MGM’s 007 film reboot, commonly referred to as James Bond 26, has already assembled its creative team. Denis Villeneuve (the Dune films) is directing, Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders) is writing, and Amy Pascal (Spider-Man: Brand New Day) and David Heyman (the Harry Potter films) are producing. But despite many reports, no actors have been announced.There have, however, already been a number of official Bond castings elsewhere.Credit: MGM/EON ProductionsOne upcoming 007 project has already cast three actors.Young Bond: SilverFin is the audio drama adaptation of the first book in Charlie Higson Young Bond series. The project was announced earlier this year, and it was later revealed that Isaac Rouse (The Crown Season 6) would voice Bond, with Charlotte McBurney as Wilder Lawless.Last week, per The James Bond Dossier, it was announced that Higson himself had been cast as Bond’s mentor and father figure Michael Merriot. King Zero, the author’s first adult James Bond novel following his 2023 short story On His Majesty’s Secret Service, arrives in September.“Le Chiffre. Dr No. Goldfinger. W.
