Scope Prime, the institutional arm of Rostro Group, appointed Ashraf Mushasha as institutional sales manager for the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) today (Monday). Based in Dubai, he will work with brokers looking for liquidity and execution services.It is Rostro's second MENA hire in a few days.
