​ Hey everyone, I’m a co-founder of a sports-tech startup building a next-generation cricket + football product focused on live match data, analytics, visualisations and an engaging second-screen experience. We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who has real experience designing sports products. This is NOT a role for someone who only makes visually attractive screens. We need someone who understands how to turn a huge amount of live sports data into an experience that feels simple, intuitive and addictive for a normal sports fan. What you'll work on - Live cricket & football experiences - Match centres and scorecards - Player/team profiles - Sports analytics & visualisations - Live timelines and momentum - Data-heavy dashboards - Social/content experiences - Mobile-first navigation and UX - Design systems and reusable components - Improving existing product flows and identifying UX problems We're looking for someone who - Has 5+ years of UI/UX/Product Design experience - Has worked on sports apps/products/websites - Has strong knowledge of cricket, football or both - Has shipped real consumer products — not just concept designs - Has excellent understanding of UX, information hierarchy and interaction design - Is highly proficient in Figma - Can work comfortably with developers - Understands responsive/mobile design - Can challenge existing designs and explain why something should change - Has a strong eye for premium, polished visual design Huge plus: Experience with ESPN, Cricbuzz, SofaScore, FotMob, OneFootball, DAZN or similar sports products. We're particularly interested in designers who can look at a complex sports screen and say: «"This is too much information. Here's how I'd restructure it so a casual fan understands it in 3 seconds."» What we're building We're aiming to build something significantly beyond a traditional scorecard — combining live sports data, visual analytics, social/content and intelligent insights into one product. You'll work directly with the founders, product team, developers and data/ML team, so your decisions will have a direct impact on the product.
