No I'm on your side, a car repair shop wouldn't let someone do a $20/month payment plan to pay off $1k of debt. Of course it sucks to be stuck with medical or dental debt but it also sucks for offices that have to spend a lot of money in supplies and labor when they aren't paid back immediately.
