I own a marketing agency that helps service businesses generate and manage inbound leads. We're looking for a full-time remote Sales Representative to work with our agency and handle the sales process for clients we support. Rather than selling our agency's marketing services, you'll work directly with leads generated for our clients. Your job will be to respond quickly, build relationships, follow up consistently, answer questions, handle objections, and ultimately turn qualified leads into paying customers. Your primary account will be a premium automotive protection and customization shop specializing in: Paint Protection Film (PPF), including clear, satin, and colored PPF Ceramic Coatings Window Tint Paint Correction Vinyl Wraps Other premium vehicle protection and appearance services Because of this, automotive industry knowledge is very important for this position. You don't need to be an installer, but you should already understand services like PPF, ceramic coatings, tint, detailing, and wraps well enough to confidently speak with customers. Direct experience selling these services is strongly preferred. We're looking for someone who understands how to communicate value, sell higher-ticket automotive services, handle price objections, and consistently follow up with leads rather than simply sending a quote and waiting for a response. What You'll Be Doing Responding to new inbound leads quickly Calling, texting, and communicating with prospects throughout the day Understanding what customers are looking for and recommending the appropriate services Explaining PPF, ceramic coatings, tint, wraps, and related services Providing pricing and quotes based on established pricing Following up consistently until leads are closed or disqualified Building trust and educating prospects Handling pricing and other objections professionally Scheduling appointments and closing sales Following up with older leads and opportunities Keeping the CRM updated with accurate notes and lead statuses Learning each client's services, pricing, products, warranties, and sales processes Communicating with our agency and the client's team when needed Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Previous sales experience with proven results Experience with automotive detailing, PPF, ceramic coatings, window tint, vinyl wraps, or a closely related automotive service Comfortable selling higher-ticket automotive services Confident speaking with customers over the phone Strong follow-up skills Able to handle objections professionally without immediately resorting to discounts Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with a CRM Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace Professional, dependable, and coachable Available full-time during U.S. Eastern Time business hours Position This is a full-time, long-term remote position working with our marketing agency. You'll initially be focused on one automotive client, but as we continue growing, there may be opportunities to take on additional automotive accounts and grow within the sales side of our agency.
