British-Ugandan singer-songwriter Michael Kiwanuka has revealed that he suffered a stroke a few months ago and is now undergoing rehabilitation.The 39-year-old musician, who was born in London to Ugandan parents, shared the news on Instagram while announcing his upcoming fifth studio album, Fudge.Kiwanuka said the stroke was caused by a bleed in his brain linked to high blood pressure.
