Hey everyone, I’m trying to understand how independent tutors manage the admin side of tutoring day to day. Things like: scheduling lessons keeping track of students rates/payments completed vs upcoming lessons notes rescheduling reminders What do you currently use? Google Calendar, Sheets, notebooks, tutoring platforms, or something else? And what part of your current setup is genuinely annoying, repetitive, or easy to forget? I’m especially interested in what you wouldn’t want software to replace too.
