A design that only works for one person is a worsse design than one that works for everyone. So I measured my original file, worked out the rules behind the layout, and rebuilt it as a tool. One rule turned out to govern everything: every automatically sized line fills 99% of its column. That 1% is why the last letter never touches the trim edge. The headline, the code block and the chest line all land on it exactly. The test suite regenerates my original shirt from those rules and compares it to the original file edge by edge. It passes to within 0.01 mm, which is the only reason I trust the rest of it. You type a name, a title and a link. You get vector files, a 300 DPI raster, and a spec sheet at exact final size.
