Marvel may have just turned Avengers: Endgame (2019) into the unofficial beginning of its next Avengers movie.Avengers Endgame: Encore (2026) doesn’t officially arrive in theaters until September 25. However, footage reportedly recorded during early screenings has already started spreading online.And if these scenes are legitimate, Marvel isn’t simply adding a few deleted moments.The leaked material appears designed to connect Avengers: Endgame (2019) directly to Avengers: Doomsday (2026), with Loki, Steve Rogers, Bruce Banner, Doctor Doom, and the TVA all involved.Here’s every reported new scene, unexpected cameo, and potential Avengers: Doomsday (2026) connection.Steve Rogers’ Happy Ending Gets InterruptedPerhaps the biggest surprise arrives during a moment Marvel fans already know.Avengers: Endgame (2019) concludes Steve Rogers’ story by revealing that Captain America returned to the past and finally got his dance with Peggy Carter. Endgame: Encore reportedly extends that ending.Steve and Peggy are together when someone knocks on their door. Peggy answers it and discovers Loki waiting outside, leaving Steve visibly surprised.That changes the context of Steve’s ending considerably.This appears to be Loki connected to the TVA and the larger Multiverse storyline established in the Loki Disney+ series.Previous rumors have suggested that Loki could move Steve, Peggy, and their family elsewhere in the Multiverse to protect them from the coming crisis. Miss Minutes reportedly appears as well.The TVA soon realizes this isn’t an isolated problem. The entire Multiverse appears to be collapsing.One of the realities reportedly involved is Earth-10005, the universe associated with Fox’s X-Men movies. That immediately connects the sequence to mutants and the larger multiversal conflict expected in Avengers: Doomsday (2026).It also raises another possibility: Deadpool.The TVA played a major role in Deadpool & Wolverine (2024), creating an easy path for Wade Wilson to become involved. The original Avengers: Endgame (2019) credits also ended with the sound of Tony hammering metal.Now, Marvel appears to be deliberately placing Doom beside similar imagery.Considering Robert Downey Jr. plays both Tony Stark and this new Doctor Doom, the parallel is difficult to ignore.Steve Rogers and Hulk Could Change Avengers: DoomsdayTogether, these scenes could establish several major pieces of Avengers: Doomsday (2026).Loki’s visit to Steve creates a potential explanation for Captain America’s return. Steve seemingly received his happy ending, but a multiversal emergency could pull him back into action.Hulk’s situation is even stranger.Fans have theorized that Doom could assemble powerful characters rather than simply fighting every Marvel hero. If Doom really comes to “collect” Banner, Hulk could become one of those weapons or unwilling allies.There’s an interesting parallel here, too.Tony Stark once traveled around bringing heroes together. Nothing officially released proves this Doom is secretly a Stark variant.Still, these scenes appear to encourage comparisons.Doom seeks out Banner much like Tony once recruited heroes. He forges his mask in imagery reminiscent of Tony Stark creating Iron Man. Most obviously, he has Tony Stark’s face.Marvel could explain this through variants, mistaken identity, or something completely different.
