Shooting victim James CopenhaverA man who was gravely injured during the Trump assassination attempt at the Butler rally in July 2024 has sadly passed away.Jim Copenhaver, who was 74 at the time, was severely injured on July 13, 2024, when Thomas Crooks opened fire on President Trump and rallygoers.Copenhaver was shot two times while attending the rally. He was grazed on the arm and hit directly in his abdomen.Retired firefighter Corey Camperatore was also killed by Crooks in the shooting.
