Hi everyone, I received 4 STL files from my orthodontist (Upper Jaw, Lower Jaw, and two Bite scans), but I'm struggling heavily with the mesh cleanup and import into SolidWorks. The Goal: I want to end up with 2 properly aligned parts (Upper and Lower Jaw in correct alignment using the bite scans) so I can design a mechanical hinge to them in SolidWorks. Currently, the files have a very high polygon count and are too complex. Is anyone here experienced with dental meshes and can help me?
