One thing that's kept us busy for months: building out a Desi character catalog that actually has range. Different regions, different aesthetics, different personalities and energies. Not the same face with different outfits. The harder problem has been motion. We've been adding short 2-4 second clips to character profiles and getting South Asian skin tones, hair texture, and overall feel to hold up when things start moving is genuinely different from what most image gen workflows are built for. Skin tone consistency across lighting conditions and dark hair behavior in motion are the two places we keep losing ground. Attaching a few clips with a prompt ito the first video.
