Yes, the patient should have their beef with their human resources dept....for buying a shit plan. I once saw a guy giving my front desk shit and I stepped in and said "do you think it's a right or a privilege to accept and process your insurance?" He was like dumbfounded and I said we could just have you pay up front and then you can have your argument with your benefits provider! That fucked him up!
