When I order a bowl in the app, I add queso for $1.70 and choose “side.” Every time, they give me a normal side cup filled all the way with queso. But if I order in person and ask for a side of queso, they charge me $3. I’m not talking about getting a half-filled cup or 2oz portion. The cups I get from mobile orders are filled fully.
