Sunil Singhania-led Abakkus Asset Manager has filed its DRHP with SEBI for a 15-million-share OFS IPO. The company reported Rs 796 crore revenue and Rs 327 crore PAT in FY26, alongside strong growth in non-mutual fund assets and PMS.
