Since the address doesn’t currently exist, it strongly suggests a brand new structure rather than any work on an existing building.Our best guess is that this is a new restroom facility tied to Piston Peak. At D23, a scale model of the Piston Peak land displayed inside the Horizons Imagineering pavilion showed a building with restroom signage sitting in that exact spot.
