The winner of the GI Hopeful Stakes at Saratoga earlier this month, The Good Life (Life Is Good) will not point to the GI FanDuel Breeders' Cup Juvenile at Keeneland and instead wait to race in the new year, according to a post by Elliott Walden.The WinStar CEO said on X, “The Good Life is not going to run again this year. We were hoping to make the Breeders' Cup, but he needs time. He will get 30 days in paddock and 30 days of light training. No surgeries.”Walden also said that the colt would return for his 3-year-old season and added, “Arthur Hancock used to tell me, 'if you do right by the horse, they will do right by you.'
