BTCUSDT – The Trend Is Strong, but the Risk Is Moving HigherBitcoin / TetherUSBINANCE:BTCUSDTParadise_NoirBTCUSDT continues to maintain a strong bullish structure on the H1 chart, but at this stage, I am paying more attention to where price is positioned within the trend rather than simply continuing to BUY because momentum remains strong. After expanding from the 81,000 area, Bitcoin has established a new trading range around 86,000–87,000 while remaining inside the ascending channel. This suggests that capital has not left the market, but the upside is no longer as attractively priced. If BTC continues higher toward 88,500–89,500, price will approach the upper part of the channel — an area where the risk/reward begins to shift away from buyers and becomes more attractive for profit-taking or a potential correction. I see this as a possible distribution area: not necessarily the beginning of a major reversal, but a region where the market may need to rebalance after an extended advance. My preferred scenario is for BTC to extend into the higher price zone before selling pressure emerges and pushes price back toward 85,000–85,500. This is an important area where horizontal support, the channel structure, and previously accepted price levels come together. If 85,500 is defended, the decline would still look more like a position reset within the broader uptrend than a genuine structural reversal. For that reason, I do not view SELL opportunities at higher levels as a bet on a bearish reversal. It is simply a way to take advantage of an imbalance when price stretches too far away from value. The broader trend still belongs to buyers, but as Bitcoin approaches 89,000, protecting profits and waiting for the market to return to better value becomes more important than continuing to chase momentum.
