Aramco is planning to reorganise its business by creating a dedicated gas division, with a view to potentially listing parts of the unit in the future to raise capital, Reuters reported. The new division is expected to focus on developing Saudi Arabia's natural gas resources and expanding Aramco's overseas LNG portfolio as the kingdom seeks to reduce its dependence on oil.
