USDT dominance may be approaching a turning pointMarket Cap USDT Dominance, %CRYPTOCAP:USDT.Dvms_raccoonUSDT Dominance (USDT.D) is widely used to gauge the direction of the broader crypto market. Most traders analyze it through technical patterns, support/resistance, trendlines, and other forms of classic TA. Sometimes they work. Sometimes they don’t. So I decided to run USDT.D through my VDS (Volume Divergence Scanner) with a configuration specifically adapted to this asset. And the result is pretty damn interesting. Yes, there is some noise on the 6H timeframe. But most of the signals appeared remarkably close to turning points. I would treat them less as precise entry signals and more as alerts that a change in direction may be approaching. There is another interesting detail in the historical data. In several cases, a second signal appeared shortly after the first one. While the initial reaction could be weak or noisy, the additional signal increased the significance of the setup, and in some cases a proper reversal followed. And now we have another BUY signal on USDT.D. If the historical behavior is any indication, this is definitely something I want to keep an eye on. A sustained reversal in USDT dominance could also translate into additional downside pressure across the crypto market. Not a prediction. Just a signal worth watching. 🎯 VDS doesn’t tell you what must happen next. It tells you when the market deserves your attention.
