Ballydoyle will be represented by the outstanding juvenile filly of the season, SUN GODDESS, and she’s expected to oblige with little fuss.She made her debut over 5f at Naas in May and might have won with another stride or two, despite looking very green at a key stage. Sun Goddess left that run well behind when bolting up over this trip at the Curragh next time and ran well to finish second in the Albany.Her form has reached another level since then however and she won a Group 2 at the Curragh, before landing the Group 1 Phoenix Stakes. Last seen winning the Moyglare by a wide margin, the daughter of Sioux Nation can land a third top level contest here.15:10 Curragh – Noble ExhibitIt’s very difficult to oppose Aidan O’Brien in the Beresford Stakes, as he has won the mile Group 2 contest a whopping 22 times in the last 30 years. He provides three of the six runners this year and Wayne Lordan has picked NOBLE EXHIBIT over his stablemates.That looks like a sensible decision, as the well-bred son of Frankel showed some promise when finishing third on his debut, despite needing the run.
