Srinivasa Rao on Monday urged the State government to reserve land rights for farmers, who have been cultivating for the last 50 years in the Narayanapuram area of Srikakulam district.He formally launched a two-day padayatra from Chilakapalaem to Srikakulam to step up pressure on the government over the long-pending farmers' issue. Mr. Rao alleged conspiracy in land records, claiming that some revenue officials, along with realtors, have been altering records and removing names of farmers.CPI(M) Srikakulam District secretary D.
