Supreme Court has proposed senior advocate Uttara Babbar as Advocate Commissioner to oversee the implementation of the settlement reached in the prolonged Ardee Group family dispute. A Bench of Justices M.M. Sundresh and Prasanna B. Varale noted that both sides agreed to the proposal and directed the parties to confirm Babbar’s willingness to take up the assignment, particularly in relation to Clause 8 of the February 5, 2026 Memorandum of Settlement.
