At least 10 people and many are feared to be trapped under rubble after an under-construction building collapsed in Dhulkot village near Ambala city. Ten labourers were working on the ground level, while 15 were engaged in casting work above. Local villagers rushed to aid following the collapse. Emergency services and police reach the scene and promptly initiated rescue operations which are still ongoing.
