Valve announced its Steam Machine PC models will start shipping out on June 29, 2026, with people able to join the reservation list via the official site immediately. Two variants will be available, each with a bundle option that includes an official Steam Controller. These start at $1,049 ($1,509 CAD). People who sign up to buy one will be part of a randomized list, so you won’t know if you will end up higher up in the queue and get a chance to order right away until closer to the June 29, 2026 ship date. Those who aren’t picked in the lottery will be on the wait list. The cheaper of the two Steam Machine PC models is the $1,049 option. That includes a 512 GB NVMe SSD with expandable microSD slot. The other one is $1,349 for 2TB of space. Both models use a semi-custom AMD Zen 4 6C/12T, semi-custom AMD RDNA3 28CUs, 16 GB DDR5, 8GB GDDR6 VRAM, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, gigabit ethernet, and the Steam Controller wireless adapter integrated into it. The larger of the two models does also come with two face plates, with one being made of solid walnut wood and the other with red fabric on it. As for the bundles, those just add the Steam Controller to the purchase. The 512GB one is $1,128 ($1,628 CAD) with one, while the 2TB one is $1,428 USD ($2,038 CAD) if the peripheral is packed in too.  Here’s how the two Valve Steam Machine PC variants will look. Valve’s picture of the 2TB one features the two face plates with it. In each case, the whole computer is a six inch cube.  Images via Valve The Valve Steam Machine reservation list can be joined until 10am PT/1pm ET on June 25, 2026, and the first round of them will be shipped on June 29, 2026.
