Switzerland is accelerating the implementation of its Trade and Economic Partnership Agreement (TEPA) with India, aiming to significantly boost investment and trade. This move, following Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal's recent visit, prioritizes regulatory cooperation, skill development, and innovation. The agreement, effective since October 1, 2025, has already seen new Indian products enter the Swiss market and increased service trade, with Switzerland keen to expand its industrial footprint in India.
