I agree, the album wasn't good, but the problem wasn't the score that Fantano gave, the problem was that he was weirdly personal in his critiques of Halsey's personal struggles. He didn't judge the album by professional music standards, he attacked Halsey personally, calling her struggles with cancer "main character syndrome" and he went on to shit on her years later, reigniting petty beef for engagement. He's allowed to dislike whatever music he wants, but there are ways to criticize personal works like that album and he chose the worst possible one, by attacking and minimizing what the artist went through.
