Chelsea want a fee of £30m for Trevoh Chalobah after turning down an opening offer from Como.The Italian side have submitted a proposal worth €27m (£23m) for Chalobah, an offer that Chelsea have rejected. Como are keen to strengthen their squad ahead of a first-ever participation in the Champions League next season with a move for the England defender.However, Sky Sports Italy are reporting that Cesc Fabregas’ side will need to raise their offer to sign the 26-year-old to get a deal done.
