I feel like this wouldn't be a terrible deal if it was more specific and solidified. Lots of people love the farm life but don't have the ability to buy one. I know a few people with horses who would take this deal if the rent was reasonable and it was literally one day of farm chores. That's basically just trading a day of work on your weekend for free boarding for your horse. But the vagueness leaves too much room for them to potentially screw someone over.
