Not sure why you're being downvoted so hard. You clearly explained you agreed it's a dumb rule. But that doesn't mean no phones = have to stare at a wall. We can acknowledge it's a dumb rule while also acknowledging there are ways to be entertained without a phone. Both things can be true.
