Maybe she said that was for her service hours, and just volunteered there for the fun of riding, if that was something she enjoyed. But, having experienced student volunteer hours from both the student and staff sides, I find it very difficult to believe a school would accept that. Exercising horses for wealthy people too busy to ride them themselves is hardly a service to mankind. 🤦
