This upgrade aims to slash travel times and enhance efficiency. Additionally, plans are in motion to introduce Vande Bharat sleeper trains and expand platform capacity at Mumbai Central to accommodate longer trains, while Garib Nagar in Bandra will see passenger amenity development.
