The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. There is no cash alternative in whole or in part.The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond its control. The approximate value of eachprize is £655. Winner SelectionWinners will be selected at random from all eligible entries whose stated size matches an available prize, using WASK, on or around July 2nd 2026. The Promoter will conduct a separate random draw for each prize shirt, from the pool of entrants whose stated size matches that shirt. After selection, the Promoter will verify that each selected entrant met all entry requirements (including following both accounts). If a selected entrant did not meet the requirements, a further entrant will be drawn at random.6. Notification of WinnersWinner(s) will be notified by direct message (DM) to the Instagram account from which they entered, within 10 days of the draw.To claim the prize, a winner must respond to the notification DM within 24 hours, confirming acceptance and providing the information needed for delivery (see clause 7).If a winner does not respond within 5 days, or declines the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit that winner’s prize and select a replacement winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.Entrants should ensure their Instagram settings allow them to receive direct messages from the Promoter. The Promoter is not responsible for notification messages that are not received because of an entrant’s message settings or for any other reason outside the Promoter’s control.7. Age Confirmation and DeliveryAs a condition of receiving the prize, each winner must confirm (in response to the notification DM) that they are aged 18 or over within 24 hours, and must provide their name and delivery address. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility (including age and residency) of any entrant or winner, and to request reasonable evidence. If a winner cannot satisfy the eligibility criteria, the Promoter may forfeit the prize and select a replacement winner.Prizes will be fulfilled by Imperial Tobacco Limited to a UK & ROI address only, within 28 days of the winner providing valid delivery details.8. Data ProtectionThe Promoter will collect and process entrants’ personal data (Instagram username, and for winners: name, delivery address and shirt size) for the sole purpose of administering the Promotion and delivering prizes. The lawful basis for this processing is the Promoter’s legitimate interests in operating the Promotion.Winner data will be shared with Imperial Tobacco Limited solely for the purpose of dispatching prizes.Entrant data will be retained for 3 months after the draw and then deleted, except winner data which will be retained for 6 months for prize-fulfilment and complaint-handling purposes.Entrants have rights under UK GDPR, including rights of access, rectification and erasure.
