Bihar's cabinet has approved the establishment of five new private universities to boost higher education access. Additionally, new teacher transfer rules promoting transparency and fairness were greenlit. The state also plans significant investments in developing 11 satellite townships and enhancing tourism infrastructure, including a cultural complex in Munger. MoUs for AI development with Microsoft and archaeological site conservation with ASI were also sanctioned.
