Kyotera County Member of Parliament, Hon. Haruna Kyeyune Kasolo, has been appointed Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.The appointment was made under the powers vested in the President by Article 99(1) of the Constitution, following the absence of a substantive Minister of Foreign Affairs.Shortly after the announcement, Hon.
