This stock was a major loss for me not too long ago. I am reentering now for only one reason: more than 50% odds of it being acquired. I suspect the takeover price will be near my selected historical mean (see white line) which is now near $42. More likely between $35 and $40 as time moves on. Otherwise, a company in dire straits currently offloading assets to downsizes debt. So, I suspect it's going to either 2.1X - 2.5x or become another worthless view...
